Hello everyone, welcome back to my channel! In today's video, I'll be showing you how to download YouTube videos using a simple method. Stick around to find out why my previous video on this topic was taken down by YouTube, and let's get started!
Understanding the Download Process:
Before we begin, it's important to note that downloading YouTube videos may violate YouTube's terms of service. As such, I'll be demonstrating how to download videos for personal use only.
Step-by-Step Guide:
1. Open YouTube App:
- Launch the YouTube app on your device and search for the video you want to download.
- For this example, I'll be downloading a video from my own channel.
2. Find the Video:
- Navigate to the video you want to download and open it.
3. Access Download Options:
- Click on the three dots icon next to the share button below the video player.
- A menu will appear with various options, including a download button.
4. Select Download Quality:
- If you're a YouTube Premium member, you'll have the option to download videos in 720p or 1080p quality.
- For non-Premium users, the download options may be limited to lower resolutions.
5. Download the Video:
- Choose the desired download quality from the options provided.
- Click on the download button to start downloading the video.
6. Access Downloaded Videos:
- Once the video is downloaded, it will appear in your YouTube downloads folder within the app.
- You can access your downloaded videos anytime, even when offline.
Why My Previous Video Was Taken Down:
The reason my previous video on downloading YouTube videos was taken down is because I shared a method for downloading videos in up to 4K quality for free. This goes against YouTube's policies, which prohibit downloading videos in high resolutions without proper authorization.
Conclusion:
That's it for today's tutorial on how to download YouTube videos. Remember to use this method responsibly for personal use only.
